Loved the atmosphere until I seen Laura, she is quite a job "manager" hopper I see.... explains why she's been at different facilities in the industry. I will return when I see better face of management!

First time at this location. Can't beat the prices here on shake n bake Sundays. I've been wanting to try Hammerhead and SW Stomper x Willie's Wonder and tonight I will. My daytime choice was ISS x Sour Diesel and it is currently inspiring this review. The line was long but moved consistently. Once inside the wait is short. I believe my budtenders name was Scott and he like everyone I have spoken to at any dispensary was very friendly. I like how this place tells you how many grams you have left to purchase for the month. That's something the other three dispensarys I've been to didn't.

I was in your Baltimore location today was shocked and offended by statement of the "bud-tender" that waited on my husband and I. I was talking to my husband, who is my caregiver, asked him if we needed pre-rolls; same as I would ask do we need dog food. The cashier told me that I needed to take care of that outside. I ask her, what? She removed her mask, I guess to make her point more clear and stated that since I am the patient - she cannot overhear me asking my husband what HE needs... I told her that I asked him what WE needed and she replied, arrogantly I might add, Well, That's Not What I Heard... Not a very nice way to deal with patients – to insinuate that they are liars. I bring my husband in with me, as my caregiver, to every visit to help explain to me the strains, measurements, etc. Being accused of lying was not only an insult, but embarrassing . My husband and I, go to this dispensary frequently for my medication and everyone is usually very pleasant and very helpful. Health For Life is 5 mins down the road, and there are many other dispensaries in the immediate area. You will lose clients if they treat their other patients in that manner, who by the way are there because of pain and just want to go home... Thank you for your attention in this matter. I love this place! Not only do they have amazing deals and a loyalty reward program which I love,but, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I definatly recommend coming here. Every other Sunday they have shake n bake it's 7grams of shake for $30 which is by far the best deal I've seen at most the dispensaries around the Dundalk area

Charm City is hands down the best dispensary in the Baltimore! What else can I say. Daily deals, reward points, super friendly and very knowledgeable staff! If you're reading this because you haven't been there do yourself a favor and stop by!

Very patient with me, stopping me from getting overwhelmed with the process. Everytime I leave I feel more & more confident.
