I like breakfast burritos from Lotaburger but this place here on Washington st. Is starting to get really bad. No customer service and they closed the window and customers will be standing waiting to order but they don’t respond to it fast enough. Customers are just leaving and they talking that the Lotaburger is not good anymore.
Chill place. Love that they have car ports and music. Workers are really nice too
Young man that took my order was pleasant and courteous. Food is fresh and tasty. Faculties are older with some outdoor seating. Quiet place to grab a great burger. Kinda neat; the place feels like it's not changed since the 50's.
Terrible service! Called in our order but they didn't start it until we arrived to pick it up. Waited 20 minutes and when we got home we only had half of our order and had to go back for the other half. Good food but have never been impressed with service.
I ve been in lots of Lotaburger. But this one is way worse! I’ve just got something fried that I have no idea what it is in my fries! I asked for an easy ice in my drink, came with full of ice! The serving was awful! The server was almost throwing my foods at me! Do not eat here! It’s not pleasant at all
A sweet little spot to go and have a bite to eat. The employees are youngsters that work there are respectful & courteous. The only thing that should be addressed is that the benches and tables outside should also be wiped down. Stay with the Accordance Rule of the Covid Pandemic.
