Ordered 2 lots combo meals. They gave us it's a burgers. Paid for the lots combo meals. The automated system is hard to place the ordered so my husband went there to order. He didn't notice it wasn't right. It's wasn't a great burger.
Its been many years since I've been back to New Mexico and I do not remember Blake's food quality being as poor as it is now. The bun was hard and the burger Patty's tasted like an average burger cooked at home, fries werent salted.I was quite disappointed.
the food is great but they always mess up your order some how. make sure to communicate properly on what you want on your order!
Food cold, takes forever - honestly plan to spend at least an hour there for a burger - and tried calling once. I was on hold for at least 30 minutes. Nobody ever answered. Food is usually good, but this location has horrible customer service. Go elsewhere. Whataburger is at Rio Bravo and Coors.
