These guys are amazing! My two year old even loves their food!! We try to find them at least once a week and it only is better each week! The pork belly tacos are the best I have had and the new chicken tacos are amazing also they gave us one to try today and wow! I will be ordering them next time!

I tried their pork belly tacos. I would have posted a photo, but I ate them so quickly because they were delicious! The pork had a lovely smoky flavor, and the aioli sauce went perfectly with the red onions and cilantro. The service was quick and courteous. I definitely hope to try Bleu Barn Bistro again.

Seriously, if you haven’t tried this food truck out before, YOU’RE MISSING OUT! From farm fresh ingredients to amazing customer service, I can proudly say that this is my all time favorite plate to eat from!

Best food truck I've ever ordered from hands down! Everything on their menu is farm to table fresh, a little unique, and a lot better tasting than the average run of the mill.
