Top notch technicians and customer service. My truck was fixed in a timely manner and fixed right the first time!! Its hard to find dependable service at a reasonable cost, but they are definitely it and ill definately do business with them again.

Came out told them I thought it was an injector charged me over 400.00 and did not even look at the injectors just said it was the filter. I got a new filter and it turned out to be the injector as I thought what poor service.

Decide for yourself. Called Block Diesel Repair at 11:01AM local time to tell them that I have a truck 2.3 miles away from them that has an air leak. The gentleman on the phone explained it was $115 call out and $115 per hour with no mile charge. I asked them how fast someone can come out to fix the issue he told me 1 hour but he will try to push for less. I told driver to text me as soon as road service got there so that I could arrange the next load for pick up. At 12:05 the driver text one of our dispatchers that the amount is $570. $190 for the part $115 call out fee and the rest was labor. Do the math. I called them at 11:01 by the time anyone got out there was about 11:15-11:20 the total amount and pay was done at 12:12 since that is when I got the receipt. They charged me $230 for not even one hour of labor and kept telling me guy was there for 2 hours. How is that possible if I called at 11:01 even if he flew there and got there at 11:05 he would have to have been there until 1:05PM. I called to speak with the Manager of the shop he started making up some stuff about clean up of 30 min before and after tech comes back to the shop, if that was the case I should have been made aware that its a $115 call out $115 per hour and $115 for guys clean up time. thats a $230 call out and $115 per hour. Anyways an airline ended up costing me $570 that was 2.3 miles away from the shop. If you guys spend $570 on airlines with labor than every carrier would be out of business by now.

went in to replace the vaccum pump on my 96 6.5 k3500 silverado turbo diesel. They did the job in a timely manner and was relatively cheap with quality job. Would definitely bring my truck back there in the future.
