Never involved just an entity of the bus company I am employed with. Casual passing in the company parking lot lets me know they are more hospitable to their own kind.

They had to come out 12 miles to replace an upper radiator hose. They were changing shifts and we waited 2 1/2 hours for a kid in a pickup truck who only brought 2 gallons of antifreeze and 2 gallons of distilled water. Charged us $155 for parts and $230.for labor. And my husband had the hose off and we had to use our 2 gallons of antifreeze so we could get to a truck stop to buy more to fill the radiator. 230 bucks for labor...I don't want to know what they would charge for a more complicated repair.

Intentionally parked in by two of their truck drivers when I parked in a spot that was unmarked. Driver was unwilling to move and got rude and offensive.
