Had tendon/ligament repair a month ago and healing nicely. Entire staff are very nice! They listen, explain things, no one rushes you out. Very clean. No over-booking so you’re not waiting.

The worst experience ever from how I was greeted to being told by the front desk girl that today's services will need to be paid due to my high deductible and she felt it was OK to share this info out loud from her chair into the waiting area as I was in a wheelchair with 2 fractured ankles. Then the x ray experience turned ugly when the doctor and assistant had difficulty with the new technology. Then the doctor was having difficulty measuring my fractures to determine unstability of my right ankle. He then said he recommended surgery and he does them all the time. It's only a 30 minute procedure and explained the recovery time as well as the pros and cons of surgery vs. No surgery. Then he billed be $1400 + for approximately being there for 45 mins. I paid  for a boot that now I don't need so am out $210. Oh btw....went to an orthopedic doctor and do NOT need surgery! This practice I would never recommend to anyone.

It was a great experience she really listened to me and took every step possible to make sure she was treating me for the correct problem.  Her office was very clean and organized and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.
