As a new patient to Hartford Podiatry Group, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rutstein  and his fine staff.  Upon making my appointment,  I found his staff most pleasant and accommodating only to be reiterated upon the day of my appointment.  Dr. Rutstein is to be commended on his knowledge and as one of most compassionate professionals I have ever met,  both as a patient and in my 30 years in the medical industry.  Thank you for a most pleasant experience.
