Blossom Brows

1st visit the end of July had lashes done and I was pleased with the service. Returned on 8/9 for a refill different technician and while I experienced some mild burning I had an otherwise uneventful visit. Returned today for a refill yet another tech by the name of "Neel" and after being questioned "Where my lashes were done?" "Who did my lashes?" How long ago they were done?" The tech "Neel" continued to accuse me of having services rendered at another establishment. I paid the previous visit with my debit card, I showed proof that the services were completed there, on the date stated. At that point I was met with "You have to see that tech because we all do lashes differently" although she previously stated they have techs visit from different shops so it's really no way to know when your requested tech would be working. I requested to have the lashes removed so that I can cease future business with this establishment. With lash bars on every block avoid this establishment and opt for a place that trains all techs the same so whoever renders services you will be assured of consistency. Addendum: after I left my visit I found my punch card and although Neel didn't believe that I had been previously serviced there before she was actually the first technician that applied my lashes. Business contacted Yelp to have review removed instead of making any attempt to rectify the situation.

The Nepali lady at the front desk is unprofessional and least bothered about customer service. Do yourself a favor by staying away from this place. The moment I stepped in this Nepali lady appeared as though she is busy entire day whereas there was no customer when I came. Then she asked me to wait 30 mins for no reason. And then when the time came she asked to pay $5 upfront as tip and behaved like an old school granny where to keep my shoes etc. PATHETIC service.

It’s our favorite place to go for our eyebrows! The ladies are so nice! They do great jobs on our eyebrows. If you live close by, I highly recommend you to go!

First time getting my eyebrows done and the women here were amazing. Super helpful and made me feel comfortable getting my brows done for the first time. They understand the difference between men’s and women’s brows. Give them a try! Just $7 for your eyebrow threading. I am now a regular customer and come back every 1-2 weeks to get my brows done. The women who work here are amazing. Really give them a try!

A TRUE GEM. Best spot in the city to get your brows/lashes done! Kamala and her team are gentle perfectionists who don’t overcharge and will make sure you’re happy with your service. They tell you what dye they used and how many minutes they let it sit so you can remember it for next time. They also have a loyalty card for repeat visitors! I’ve recommended Blossom to all my girls after my manager told me about it and have heard nothing but glowing reviews. So glad I found this place!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 20 years and recently had my eyebrows threaded by Neel. She is very unsure as she plucks each hair and pulls each out excruciatingly slowly. I’ve never had such a painful threading experience.

Came in for full Brazilian Wax chocolate w/ Neel. Staff is very professional, masks worn at all times. No double dipping. She was very thorough and efficient! She took about 20 mins maybe 25mins with my 3month old hair growth . This was my first time doing a chocolate wax in my 10yrs of only Brazilian waxing, I felt the same except the temperature of the wax was much cooler than others, which my sensitive skin reeeeeally appreciated, and you can smell the cocoa which is nice I didn't have to purchase the Groupon I saw online, they allowed and prefer payment in store cash or debit or wireless. Also, full price is still very affordable and they have reward/loyalty card program. I came here after reading such pleasant reviews about Brazilian waxes with Neel and Kamala, though I chose Neel ‍ I'm sure Kamala is also very good!!
