City Eyebrow Threading

My experience wasn’t terrible but I don’t think my henna came out like I wanted it. Also, I was told $30 and I thought it was for both hands, half way through my session, I suggested she does my other hand exactly like the picture I showed her because she was freestyling a little, that’s when she tells me that the $30 is for one hand only

The best eyebrow place I’ve found in the city! Zara is wonderful, painless, and has a ton of attention to detail. 10/10 recommend.

Sheena was very polite and did exactly what we came here for her to do. The facial not only was relaxing and thorough but it had RESULTS. I'd definitely recommend anyone who wants to remove blackheads, clean your face properly,get your eyebrows done, or even get your lashes done. She does it all and I'm very pleased with the Results since I've been coming here.

Decide to treat my daughter to lash lift it did not work . By the time we got to the train the lash collapsed, nothing no curl gone waste of $.. I looked up the product package she used at the salon and she bought it from Amazon . After calling Lash Lounge where it costs $130. I find out that they have to be trained and certified in Lash lift procedure and only purchase professional products from those companies that have superior productsuse keratin. Apparently she bought this from Amazon and it contains perm wave lotion and performs it herself she is not trained with professional grade product. Not to mention the danger of using perm wave lotion on your eyelashes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY she will not refund you the cost and is unwilling to even give you half back. She want my daughter to come back in to redo it but anyone who has permed there hair know you DO NOT do it twice the same week unless you want your hair to falls off or break off eyelashes. she doesn’t care . Buyer beware she is just stealing your money fully knowing it does not work. It explains empty salon no workers no customers. In addition to watching her thread peoples eyebrows with that string in her mouth is so unsanitary.

I truly loved this place! My friend recommended me. I spoke with Naz aunty before and told her about my requirements while booking the appointment. As promised, a fully dedicated stylist, Sheena, was allotted to me who took care of my bikini waxing, facial with body massage and eyebrow threading. My bikini waxing wasn't as painful as I gotten it done before thanks to Sheena who knew exactly where it pains like hell, she took care of it. Also, Facial was so relaxing that I slept halfway through. Highly recommend this place!

I love it here the women that work here are not too friendly but their work is fantastic on eyelashes and threading I haven't tried anything else but I am excited to get a Brazilian from there soon all I can say is very good work ladies but you can stand to learn some customer service skills let me feel comfortable about giving you my money thank you have a blessed day

My go-to place for eyebrow and upper lip threading. Quick, efficient and clean. The owner is very talented and gives tough love about not touching your own eyebrows in between sessions, which I find endearing. They prefer cash but offer credit card payments with a small fee.

The service was great! I got my legs waxed and it was painless and the lady was very welcoming! Will definitely come back soon!

I have been coming to city eyebrows for 7 years - specifically to see Naaz who now works at the uptown location - 2410 Broadway. Naaz has changed my whole face - I’m not kidding. The second she does my eyebrows I get compliments for weeks. I don’t know what I would do without her. If you go to the 14th street location ask for Susan who works most days - she does an amazing job as well. Thank you for always taking care of me Naaz!

STAY AWAY!!! Initially, I wanted to get my eye brows done. All was well until she asked me to hold a cheek. In my mind, I questioned how does holding the cheek effect eyebrow threading? Well it doesn't, she started threading the area near my cheek bones. I was livid, but had no choice but allow her to do the side. In the end I was charged for the additional threading I did not want, and a $2 fee to use a credit card.
