What a fantastic experience. I’ve come in to have my bike tuned in the past and always been happy, but hasn’t purchased a bike here until recently. The staff was exceptional. Helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. They even let me have some free cake! The selection is great, especially considering the supply chain issues throughout the industry, and we could not be more happy with our purchase. Blue Line Bike Lab is the BEST! I've been going to Blue Line for years now and they are consistently awesome. They take care of all my bikes...and I've bought clothes and accessories too. I've done it all there and am always happy with the service! I wanted to find a locally-owned bike shop where I could always feel comfortable and I found it. Their service department is really, really terrific...especially during the pandemic when other shops were unresponsive or had crazy turnaround times, not Blue Line... they worked so hard to take care of easy things so quickly. For that, I'll be forever grateful and loyal. And, most of all, they are just a really cool group of folks who care about cycling and cyclists - at whatever level. No judgement EVER. I love 'em!

I bought my bike here in 2020. They were the only ones at the time that had a decently priced hybrid and they offered complementary check up for the first time. Every time I’ve gone there since - whether to oil up the chain or get my flat tire repaired it’s an absolute pleasure. Fast, friendly and affordable service. Great!

Amazing service! We bought a bike there about two years ago and they spent a lot of time making sure my wife was comfortable and it fit right. Then I took my old bike there today because of a bent brake and they fixed it no charge. Will definitely go there for bike stuff!

Brandon and his team were great. They made sure everything was perfect with my brake and crank upgrades before handing me my bike back. My bike now rides like a dream. I'll be going back to Blue Line for my future repairs and maintenance. I love supporting my local bike shop.

Amazing experience. My son had crashed his bike with another, and the brake was not working properly. Brandon diagnosed the problem in seconds and proceeded to fix it in 5 minutes or so. He then checked all the gears and the other brake and adjusted them all. When it came time to pay, he just charged for the part he replaced!! We just recently moved here and I had another bike where the gears were not shifting well. I brought the second bike the next hour. Again Brandon figured out what was wrong and within minutes had fixed it, he then proceeded to check the brakes, greased the chain, and did a complete check. And then he did not charge anything!! I was shocked. I can see that Brandon cared a lot about the bikes - he was making sure that there is nothing wrong with the bike. He is very generous with his time! And amazingly adept at figuring out the issues and fixing them quickly! If I could give him 10 stars I would.

It doesn't hurt that this fabulous bike shop is moments away from my house, but in truth, I would make the effort even if I lived farther away. Jimmy was my go-to guy this week. He is honest about the time he would need to service my bike, and he stuck to his promise. I would say that the store is stocked adequately, but there isn't an enormous amount of extra stuff sitting around. They have what you probably need. I highly recommend Blue Line!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. They truly guide you toward what you need and they’re not aggressively selling everything. They even helped install new things on my bike. HIGHLY recommend

Jimmy was AMAZING. He not only fixed my bike quickly and efficiently, he also took the time to show me how he fixed it and what to look out for in future. Prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is top notch. Really great place!
