Scam. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE!! I ordered the peanut massage roller ball on January 25,2022. Immediately my bank account was charged $89.99. I have yet to receive shipping information or the product I ordered. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I am a single mother of 2, I have fibromyalgia and was hoping to find something that helped with my pain from trigger points but instead I was lied to and stolen from. I'm disgusted that companies like this even exist. I tried calling a number listed at the address but of course it's out of service. Save your money and report the company for fraud so hopefully it will be shut down.

I have never been so satisfied with the service over at Bluefire. The staff are properly trained and equipped with all they should know about each and every product. I was able to purchase an amazing camera and a bluetooth speaker from 2 different salesman in each store. They have an amazing return policy and highly recommend using Bluefire for all of your electronics needs!

Ordered a product from a company called Trakk that is billed through this company. Didn’t get my product and they want answer mine or PayPals calls or email. Beware they seem to be a scam business.

Does not stand behind their product. Will not return my emails or calls. Do not buy the wireless waterproof speaker.
