This Target is a decent "community/local" type/size of a Target store; its not the "bigger" kind like at Caesar's Bay Mall but it still has nice and has a decent assortment of products that the other stores in the area lack. I am sure that someone would find something for themselves in this place; there is even a Starbucks counter near the entrance on the East 14th Street side of the store. The employees are friendly and reasonably helpful but the checkout process is self-operated; the cashier is only there to take the returns. Overall this is a nice addition to the Kings Highway BID!
Happy I discovered this Target. Staff friendly, lot’s of produce , and friendly atmosphere from customer and staff. I only went in to get some hanger’s, than I picked up more than what I needed. Again thank you so much for great service
I live in the neighborhood and I have frequented this branch quite often. I really never cared to write a review about my neighborhood Target despite its many shortcomings. There's a consistent problem at this Target and it's not the first time. This is the fourth time I have had to bring it to their attention about expired cold cuts. These pictures are from a couple of days ago. We are in September and the expiry dates are from July! I have noticed in the last 6 months that there has been an uptick in expired products on their shelves. I had to throw away a bag of marshmallows, a box of cereal and yogurt. I don't go back to the store to return any item because first, I don't want to stand in a line and second, a lot of the staff is very rude or they must hate being there. So plz check your perishables thoroughly before going to the check out line. No one seems to check expiration dates. They just stock the items and call it a day. Prices almost never match once you get to the register and good luck pressing that help button waiting at the self checkout for someone to grace you with their presence. And if you happen to be in a section and have a question, without fail, it's always "I dunno. This isn't my section." Now that their shelves are locked behind plexiglass, good luck trying to buy a couple of items in less than 20 minutes.
If someone from customer service read this, let me ask you: do you really think that customer can standing with the lock shelves and waiting endless? Do you really think it makes customer happy? What is a Target point - to get items fast and easy way, right? And now how you make it easier? It is not reasonable decision at all, now instead of scan hand sensor and wait for months when help come I am gonna go Amazon and get things, I think you just loosing customers with that way. Thanks good luck
The store is a great addition to this area but needs improvement. Items are locked which is understandable but it takes half an hour if not more for someone to come unlock the shelf and help you grab the item you need. That’s at least half an hour AFTER you find a worker and ask them to help you grab a locked item. Restocking is very poor, items aren’t available to purchase for multiple days. The only good thing this store has going for it is how convenient it is to the people that live around this area. Almost all the departments lack variety when compared to other Targets that I’ve visited. It’s clear that the demand is there but nothing is being done about it. I honestly won’t be surprised if it closes down because clearly whoever is managing it isn’t doing a good job or just simply doesn’t care.
Target is my favorite store, but I used the worst experience here because an old African man stole my iPhone. When I asked for help because employees could stop him on the first floor I can't because of the baby, One young employee laid out the fruit and rudely said to me, “I'm not your babysitter”! I'm not sure the manager works with stuff, so I prefer not to ask for help in this store. In this location, numerous people stole products. This is the reason why we see closed shelves. That's sad!
Judging by those pictures, nobody clean the restroom for at least eight hours , coming from someone who worked maintenance for 10 years.
Went to this Target for the first time and was amazed at there appearance. Very clean and well staffed. I had to get my mother a crock pot that I seen online. Found the exact model @ $5.00 less then advertised online. The young lady who represented the cookware section was pretty knowledgeable. She told me her mom's has one and still going strong seven years later. So I brought it. I forgot hey name but got a photo of her. Thanks young lady for making this my mom's best Christmas in a long time.
Don't go to this Target expecting the usual experience. They have about half of a regular Target. I'm not sure how they decided what to stock here, but poor job. I was here on a Sunday, and there are no paper towels. Here's what it looked like!
I still in from here all day long nobody stopping them at all I don’t understand how can people just grab stuff and leave Earlier I saw a girl that she was all dressed Just saw a candle a lot she pretends to be mad she didn’t just left every time I leave a black way home see you in a single so how many times the workers don’t even care even if you go and tell them
