After Sandy I needed to refurnish. I found this Jennifer Convertibles and stepped inside. The showroom is not that large and while the salesperson was busy with another customer he greeted me and told me to look around. I found something I liked and when the salesman was free he answered all my questions. A day later after shopping around I ret.urned and ordered the couch I wanted. I was going out of town so made a delivery date for 3 weeks later. When the date came so did the crunch right on time and in perfect shape. A very present experence. And would shop here again.
Was quoted 2-4 weeks delivery for a sectional and got a delivery date for may 2nd which was great however, the delivery comes and it's the wrong damn couch, something completely different than what I ordered. Called the store and they gave the run around for two days claiming to be working on getting a resolution. Their resolution was $50 credit and then they was still searching for the couch. I wind up canceling my order Smh Jennifer Convertible has changed for the worse and I will never order anything from them or this store. Recomend you do the same too.
Okay if you are into leather that is more like pleather. The prices were high and I couldn't find a couch that fit my needs. I didn't like the options here and the sales man seemed to pushy. I rather look than ask. The place wasn't busy and I was being followed as if I was going to steal a love seat.
Just came into this store. The guy named Bob is there. I walked around for 10 minutes! And nobody approached me. I was about to leave astonished by horrible customer service but decided to give them another chance and approached the salesman myself. At that time he was on the phone, and as I was asking my question he gestured me in the most rude way to shut up and wait. This is the reason you will go out of business JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES. I was going to spend easily over 1000 there today.
Love this place! Would recommend it to anyone looking for modern and afforable furnitures.
