This place is always so good. The food quality is awesome and always consistent. I love the Memphis BBQ sandwich and the mac and cheese bites!

Food is great, and the wait for preparing items, such as hush puppies usually isn't bad. If you're a regular that they know, call ahead to order ribs to save a little time. If after 2pm in the day, I will routinely call to see if they're open (on rare occasion, they do close, possibly when out of some menu favorites), and as long as I talk to a human vs get the machine, I'll make the drive.
Many satisfying items for us on their menu - their bbq ribs of course (we get them dry with sauce on the side), Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich (sharp vinegar spice plus sweetness), Beef Brisket sandwich (very tasty), the hush puppies and that sweet butter sauce that they come with, the fries, and even the small fries donuts (killer with coffee, if you have a cup of joe with you). Beverage selection is mostly canned soda, but they usually have lemonade and sweet tea also available. The staff are friendly and helpful, and more than willing to give you a sampler or two of the different sauces and dips that they also sell in larger sizes.
As others have noted, it's tucked away behind the tattoo place and not visible from the road. If you turn into the parking lot for the tattoo place, just keep driving back and you'll see the Blues BBQ truck on your right.

I dont care much for their pork...its not Smokey enough for my taste. But the thin sliced brisket (sliced sort of pit beef style) is so wonderful. And the onion rings were also super yummy.

This is one of those places that you stubble on by accident or a local friend takes you there for the first time. But once you have their BBQ you'll come back time and time again. I've been following this somewhat permanent food truck from lot to lot for years.
My go to is the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and tons of onions. It's serverd on a hamburger bun with your choice of Memphis or Carolina style. Plenty of juice dripping pork for $9. I've been told that the collard greens are to die for but they were either sold out the day I was there or not in season.
