You can schedule an appointment online for your branch of choice. It's so convenient. I didn't have to wait at all. I do wish they would raise the camera a foot because anyone over 5'2 automatically has a double chin.

They got me in and out. I was able to give the right info and with the right help proceed to the register. Just like that happy, happy, happy. Beechgroove license branch is on their A game a must return if needing anything else.

Nice and clean. They wiped down the stations after each customer. Kept everyone 6 feet apart. Made everyone wear a mask. In and out in about 10 minutes. Went to the one on Pendleton Pike first. It was off the chain. Packed inside and a long line outside. It was worth the drive.

They are being very thorough in keeping it clean and getting you taken care of. My renewal of license was quick and corridor taken care of. This of course at opening, not after they've had a long day

Just come well-dressed because you may have to wait outside for a little bit but they get people in as fast as they can under the current circumstances. The service was fast and efficient and with everything going on I was still in and out in less than an hour

Nickie is rude beyond on words. Screamed for manager , because I told her to run my card . Jason the manager was freaking awesome .

Very friendly staff and as fast as they could be with all the restrictions currently in place. Overall one of the more pleasant experiences I've had at a government agency

Most of the time I am in and out which is nice because I feel I am always in a hurry. However customer service, I would give 2 stars! Why work somewhere your unhappy? Cause sweetie it shows!!!
