It was great went to kiosk to renew plates was fast and easy no crowds everything worked perfectly would recommend everyone to do kiosk if can alot quicker

As usual, rude CSA's. Talking over the customer, or telling them that they were never given info is just plain rude. Instead of flat out calling your customer a liar how about "I apologise that you were given bad information"? Y'all need to train your people better.

New entrance door! Get there early as the line was really long at 4:30pm! 6' spaces seating for everyone's safety.

I thought it was a good experience. They wipe seats after each person leaves there seat. About 15 customers are allowed to be in the building at once, others wait outside, customers and employees are require a mask to come in the building. Unfortunately this is the new normal. We were in an out in less than 30 minutes. great job.

Gave me different answers to questions over the phone than in branch. Wasted countless hours of my time and money.
