Spencer at BMW of Louisville was great to work with! I was a little nervous going in because I was shopping for a specific used Ford and not a BMW. But my experience as a customer was great from start to finish. No one tried to upsell me any more than usual for a car dealer and no one pressured me into any thing I wasn't comfortable with. Hopefully I won't need to buy another car any time soon, but I'll be back when that time eventually comes.

I had a very specific car in mind, and the sales manager, Reed tirelessly searched until he found the perfect car for me. I picked up the car last week and I love my car! After a pretty extensive nationwide internet search, I found my perfect car right here in Louisville on Shelbyville Road. When I first arrived, I didn't feel welcome, I saw two men in a back office, one directed Jarrett to wait on me. It took a few minutes, I was found in there system and test drive went for a test drive with gas light on. When we returned to dealership, I met James and he was able to question any questions. I'm supposed to be back out there on Monday.

Joe at St Matthews office does try to negotiate w/ u, whereas a salesman at their J-town office didn't even make 1st attempt to negotiate. Joe is personable, nice guy who cares. My only complaint is the waiting and finalization of paperwork shouldnt have taken 3-4 hours when i wasnt even financing!! I paid for car myself outright

I was looking at a pre-owned truck they had for sale and after negotiating we didn't come to a deal. I then made an offer on the truck two days later and they said it was accepted, after arriving at the dealership they gave me the EXACT same price they started with on day one. I told them before I came by to now waste my time if my offer wasn't good enough. It's very frustrating how they accepted my offer and then I get there to have them go back to their original price. Not a dealership that keeps their word. Ridiculous!

Changing the review. I recommend people who own a BMW go to this place for service and questions. People here are very reasonable and professional. This is a new service center and also a sales center which opened over a year ago. I got confused with the other BMW dealer that is next to this place. The one star review is fair for the other one.

Our salesman Spencer Murphy took the time to explain the whole deal to us thru e-mail, txt and 3-4 phone calls before we arrived at the dealership. Everything went as he said it would once we arrived. I highly recommend customers to have pre-approval before going to dealer.
