They did excellent work on my X3.  Went in for an oil change and 3 recall notices.  They kept us up to date on the work, made us feel like family, there was no pressure to do "extra" services.  My daughter went with me to get my car and she came home with a new car.  They are great!!  Will recommend their service and sales teams!

Great service professionals, very comfortable waiting area with snacks. A very clean, modern and friendly environment. Also very happy to see Kenzie back, she is very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about her work.

My son purchased a used vehicle from them.  I accompanied him during the process and was totally impressed.  They are quick, Professional, Helpful and did not push additional services. I would totally recommend them.

Tony the sales manager is the one to see him and his crew at BMW hooked up my son top notch crew at BMW OF SALEM

Love them took my daughter there for a car drove away with one the same day very nice and helpful sales staff.
