Awesome experience at Capitol Toyota! As soon as I arrived on the parking lot I was greeted and helped right away by Luis Flores, he was very knowledgeable and understanding of working with my budget, he made this first time car buying experience the best. I definitely recommend Capitol Toyota and all the other staff were just as helpful and kind. Now I'm driving my new Corolla Hybrid with piece of mind knowing that Capitol Toyota is there to help. Best experience ever!

I made a oil change appointment for noon. I got there at 11:50am and there was 1 car in the service area so I went to the other side. A few cars lined up behind me and they got help. Nobody came to my car till 12:01. I got signed in for a oil change and tire rotation and declined the car wash because I was told it would take longer plus I did one before I came. 2:05 I am told my paperwork is ready and my car is in the wash. I said I had declined that because it would take longer and they said it was to late, it was already in. I didn’t get my car keys back till 2:20. When I got to my car it was dirty and did not go through the wash like they said it did. Definitely not doing that again, rather go to jiffy lube or something and get it done in less than 30 minutes.

My dad & I went to just look at cars yesterday , and as soon as we got there we were greeted by Mitch. He was very friendly , very polite and not pushy like most car sales people are. He came out and got the the point while also being very respectful and super helpful when it came to answering all of our questions and making things happen. I ended up leaving with a new car and was very pleased with my experience at Capitol Toyota. The car is great but the service here was even better! Thank you to Mitch and everyone who helped us find my perfect car!

I am extremely happy with Capitol Toyota as we have purchased 2 vehicles there in the past year. The sales staff is hands on and met our needs.  My first purchase was a 2022 limited Tacoma Nightshade edition.  Then we sold them our Subaru Crosstrex to them which our Saleman got us a fair price.. Our 2nd purchase was a Rav -4 Prime which took a little while to get but was all so worth it.  Thank you Keagan Wall you are an amazing,knowledgeable  guy and a great Salesman to interact with.  We are set on our cars for sometime…

Kenton was absolutely wonderful. Made the whole process of selling my car easier than ever. Wasn’t rude, or pushy. He was quite the opposite, very friendly & personable. I will absolutely be going back when I need to buy or sell. Billy was very fast, efficient and got the job done. He knew what he was doing and did it well. We had an incredible experience, unlike another local dealership who appeared to hire Joe Blow off the street. 5 stars!

We have bought three cars from Capitol and it’s always been great. Just got a Tacoma. The experience was low pressure and amazingly simple. We got a great price for our trade-in. They took care of all our credit union financing. Kristina was the best—very friendly and helpful. We bought a car from a different dealership in town last year, and it wasn’t the best experience. Next time we will just go to Capitol and make it simple on us. This dealership has a great vibe. You can tell they care about their employees and their customers. Keep up the good job guys!

Ray showed us vehicles and David wrapped up the paperwork. Very professional and friendly. We are huge fans of the safety Toyotas provide. My son walked away without so much as a scratch from his 2017 Toyota Corolla LE and just drove away with this 2019 Corolla SE. Go TOYOTA and go Capitol. We appreciate you working with us!!!!

Kristina in sales made the entire process a breeze. Excellent communication while the truck was on order and timely sale once it hit the lot. Great overall purchasing experience! Carlos in finance was very helpful too.

Robert was amazing at being honest and making sure I got the right deal and vehicle for myself, I went in looking to trade in my old car with no clue what I wanted to look at, Robert was patient and wonderful in finding my car for me. I absolutely love the car and Toyotas services in general! Keep doing what you’re doing Robert!
