Story

KW Imports is family owned and operated since 1999. We run our business on the principle of building a solid reputation in the community which can only be done by selling quality pre-owned vehicles. Vehicles that can be purchased in confidence on a hand shake. Often we hear feedback of how our infentory and customer service is different than what is found in Salem. Our vehicles are generally very clean and in excellent shape because we are very particular on what we purchase for resale. Condition is always first what determines if a vehicle is right for us. Walter, the owner, was a mechanic for over 25 years prior to opening KW Imports so every car is looked over to make sure it is mechanically sound and in great condition. Our customer service is one of a kind because we despise the salesman persona just as much as the next person. Here we are upfront and honest about the vehicles we sell. We treat our customers like we would want to be treated. Agreements are made on a handshake. By building a solid reputation most customers are return customers and people that are here because someone recommended us.
