Bob's Discount Furniture

What a pleasure! Mike G was great and made our first buying experience an easy one. From the minute my wife and I walked in he greeted us with a smile and was attentive to our needs but, did not 'hover' over us. He let us take our time looking around but made sure to check in to answer any questions we did have. Mike explained all of our buying options thoroughly and showed great knowledge in the products. We would highly recommend any of our friends to visit Bob's and to ask for Mike! Thanks again!!!

I was in need of a sofa and my daughter recommended I go to Bob’s. She had worked with Louis when she needed a sectional and mattress a few months back and told me to ask for him. He was fantastic and was patient even though I only needed a single sofa. After going home to measure and make sure it would fit, I went back later that day and placed the order and was in and out without hassle. If you need furniture definitely check out Bob’s and if you want to work with a professional salesman who isn’t pushy you should ask for Louis!

Buying experience was very positive. The staff was very helpful. My item had to be ordered and it arrived promptly and the pick up went very smoothly. I’ve yet to sleep on it so I can’t give a critique of that but I have high hopes after lying on it in the store

In need of new furniture and having shopped aroud, we went to Bob's and were greeted by Jenn. She listened to exactly what we needed and expertly guided us through the store. We had our sales receipt in our hands in under 1 hour. Jenn's advice together with her friendly nature and knowledge of the product made for a most pleasurable shopping experience. If you shop at Bob's, it's worth your while to seek out Jenn.

I really enjoyed working w Jenn. She was so patient and willing to do whatever it took to help us decide on our new purchases. When we didn’t know if a chair would match our sofa. What did Jenn do, she moved the furniture next to each other from across the showroom just so we could view them together. Buying furniture can be very stressful, I appreciate her patience and willing to work with for HOURS at a time. She never waive red and never looked annoyed or tried to sell me something I didn’t want. She is an awesome associate that you are lucky to have. As a manager those are the type of employees that we should all have. Way to go Jenn Holly Wheatley
