Gayle Was such a pleasure to deal with on Saturday when we were purchasing a new bed and mattress for my sons graduation gift. She was such a big help and took a great deal of time and effort to explain all of our options and the different features and benefits of each product that we tried.
Dealing with her and the staff at Bob’s discount furniture in Nashua New Hampshire was such a pleasant experience that my wife and I returned the next day and bought their best mattress with a power Bob plus Frame as well!
We are quite excited and can’t wait for the delivery today of our new bed and mattress!
The Cooling gel, cool fabric cover, and zero gravity power frame position will greatly improve our sleep habits.

Had a wonderful experience today at Bobs Furniture in Nashua, NH. I had called the day before with several questions about mattresses. I had never bought one myself and so I was unsure if I was choosing the best one. Roger was kind enough to spend a half hour on the phone with me providing me with information and helping me narrow down my choices. I went in person today to purchase the mattress Roger helped me decide on. He's only been working there 5 months but he was so nice and put me at ease. Roger was super friendly and knowledgeable about the pick up process for the mattress and was able to answer some additional questions I had. Buying furniture can be stressful and I appreciate the time and effort Roger put into helping me purchase my mattress. Thank you Bob's Furniture!

When I decided to visit a Bob’s store, I went to Google to see which one had the highest rating because I knew I wanted friendly staff helping me to make this decision. However, I found that many Bob’s stores had very low ratings. When I read the reviews, I found that they were all complaining about a product they received from the corporation and none of them were actually complaining about the specific store or their service, which was the only thing I was looking for. So, having no real direction or bias, I decided to take a chance in Nashua.
When I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly (but not aggressively) by a man named Ken. He explained how to find what I was looking for and then he backed off and let me explore. He periodically checked in with me to let me know he was there and available to help but he didn’t hover. He helped me measure a few couches and he even rearranged the furniture so I could picture it better in my space. We chatted about my needs and my family and he made me feel at home in this store.
I ran out of time and had to leave to pick up my children but because of how Ken treated me, I decided to come back the same night (with all four children, mind you) to make my purchase. They enjoyed the koi pond and the massage chairs and the mini recliners that were just their size. While I was doing paperwork at the back counter, “Mr Ken” brought my children to the ice cream bar and served them. 💗
I realize Bob’s Furniture is not luxury furniture... but Bob’s Nashua store provided me and my children with luxury service. It was such a beautiful, peaceful, fun visit that my children were actually bummed to leave. In fact, my oldest (10) started scheming (hopefully jokingly) with his sisters about what other furniture they could destroy so we would have to come back. 😖🤦🏼♀️
Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.

I love the business model of Bob's. I mostly buy online and have furniture shipped to me. Reason? When I go to their stores and no particular one, I see these typical salesmen in their suits walking around in their direct and hard balling manners. Can't they just have sweet talking and cordial and soft speaking people running the sales? After all their items are fixed price and there is no negotiation therefore why need an attitude?

Best experience my boyfriend and I had shopping for furniture! The staff was very attentive and informative and answered all our questions, specifically the sales associate, Amanda. Although Amanda was attentive, she left us alone to browse and look around at the furniture without hovering over us like some other associates do. It was a quick and easy process because they took care of everything. Will surely visit again in the future!
