Bob's Discount Furniture

As a single woman I dread only two kinds of shopping, car and furniture. I walked into Bob’s expecting to be surrounded by sales people when I honestly just wanted to browse with no pressure. Doyle greeted me and told me to ask him if I needed anything at all, and left me to do my own thing which I appreciated. As soon as I thought I had a question Doyle was right there to answer it. He helped me select a mattress and covered all of my options when it came to smaller sized sectional couches. I even made him look at pictures of my future coffee table and he helped me decide which color matched it better. We decided to just stick to the necessities today (mattress and sofa) but I will definitely be returning to purchase the rest of the furniture that I need in the future. Come to Bob’s and ask for Doyle if you want an extremely helpful and easy experience, with no pressure or hovering. Thank you Doyle and Jonathan I will be back and will recommend Bob’s to friends and family.

JD our sales rep was super nice and helpful. Had kind of a grave vibe from Frankie and Grace. We found a great couch. Our last bobs couch was from the vaunted Calgary line and it lasted 10 years until my daughter puked all over it and it leaked into the cushions. Bobs warranty is 100 bucks for 5 years. I’m sure we will get it cleaned every 6 months on account of my kids being nasty little monsters. Ts and Ps to he world.

Jake waited on me. I didn't know what to do at all. He helped me assess what I needed in a mattress at a price I could afford. Walked me through the money. He was not pushy as many can get, I hate that. Jake may be best sales I've met in years. He knows his stuff and was personable. I am coming back to by a sofa by the end of the year, will only buy from Jake. I Will call first to find out what days he is on. Hang on to that guy, he's a good one!!! Matt was really a great help today. Not only was it my first time ever in a Bob's but the service was fantastic. He showed me around, brought me right to what I was looking for and provided several options for me, AND wrote everything down that he showed me so I wouldn't forget the names. Honestly a great experience all around. Made first time buying furniture easy-hasel free!
