Bob's Discount Furniture

I have no complaints. I was assisted by Chad. He greeted my husband and I when we came in, introduced himself and informed us that he’d be available if we needed him. I despise when I go into an establishment and am overshadowed by the representatives. Chad did not treat us like that. He allowed us the space we needed to feel out the furniture while being readily available if we needed him. He was also knowledgeable in regards to the product and made us feel comfortable enough to make our purchase from Bob’s instead of going to look elsewhere. After we left the store I realized I had a minor issue with the receipt. I called the store and was able to speak with Chad who assisted in resolving the issue. As odd as it may seem, I was surprised that he was reachable because normally after certain establishments make the sale and receive your money it is somewhat difficult to get in contact with a live person over the phone. This was not the case. Based on my experience, I would recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture and I’d recommend being assisted by Chad.

Excellent customer service! From the time I walked in the door Daisy made me feel welcomed. She allowed me to take my time and addressed all my concerns. When speaking with me she addressed me by name. She showed me all my options and allowed my mother to test different chair. Daisy is an asset to Bob’s furniture store. I will refer all my family and friends to Bob’s furniture Store. Thank for a wonderful experience!

The associates greeted us as soon as we walked through the door! They let us walk around at our own pace but when we needed them they were attentive and helpful. We found what we wanted and they made the buying process very straightforward. I’m glad we chose this location to shop and would definitely come back if we need furniture in the future.

Great furniture store. Our sales associate, Chad was very helpful without being pushy. Let us do our thing while being attentive but not hovering. They take apple pay, checkout was easy. They're supposed to deliver this week, 4 days after purchase. I will update review then.

I was greeted warmly by Deana a sales associate when I entered the Flatbush Ave store. She was courteous and professional. Although I didn't give her a budget, she showed me many options of living room furniture. I was pleased with the selection, so I completed my purchase with a rug, tables and lamps.

Our salesman was so terrific! He was completely clear in his explanation of our product, a new extra firm mattress and pillows. He presented our finance options clearly. We have shopped at Bob’s many times but this was our biggest and best experience.

I was very happy with my experience. My salesperson was Chad, who was both thorough and thoughtful. He asked about my taste in furniture, as well as the space allotted for it, and found a sleeper sectional sofa that suited my needs. I would definitely visit Bob's again, and would seek out Chad as my salesperson...

Kevin Hercules was great. I was interested in purchasing a mattress and he was patient in explaining the different features on all the options Bobs offerree, which allow me to select the perfect one for me.. excellent service. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience at Bob's today. I was greeted the moment I walked in by Didi and encouraged to get some coffee from your mini cafe area. She was extremely sweet, took her time, and very helpful with advice about the various mattresses your store offers. It was the highlight of my day!

Upon arrival I asked for my rep...he's no longer there and someone else came to help. Eventually he walked away so we proceeded. Mr.Neil was kind enough to inquire of our needs and got someone else to assist. Omar was quick and helped us out making sure all of my concerns were addressed.unlike past reps I've dealt with Mr Neil and Omar....you two are gems. Thank you.
