Furniture Center

Just moved into my new house and got all my furniture after 2 weeks as promised. So exiting. The delivery was on time and they installed the furniture and we even asked them to move some of the furniture around the way we liked it.

I have purchased numerous times from furniture center! The staff is always available, honest, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! I used them first when I moved into my house and basically filled a brand new house with their furniture.. everything was delivered early and the delivery guys were polite, efficient and even cleaned up after themselves! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Nice furniture, but staff was not helpful. I was there looking for a full or queen size bed and I was not helped. The lady told the guy I was looking for a bed while he was assisting a couple. Did I mention they were the only customers in the store besides me? I was in the store for a good 10 minutes until I decided to walk out. Never coming back here again.

Had a great experience purchasing this lovely FELICITY COLLECTION BY COASTER. After dealing with all the turmoil I have dealt with prior purchasing from Bob's Discount Furniture, Furniture Center NYC was definitely a BETTER choice!!!! Sima was Amazing with helping purchase this bedroom set for me. I seen the set online but actually taking time to go to the store I wasn't disappointed. I ended up purchasing more furniture for my daughter which in fact she is very much PLEASED. I had to take advantage the PRICES and QUALITY was the best of any of the comparisons I did. Last and not least the DELIVERY team was the best, hands down. They were prompt, sufficient and VERY neat. I am so pleased and I look forward to purchasing more furniture from Furniture Center XO XO .... Tamika Lesley XO XO

I purchased a table and sofa from furniture center about a month ago. I was told that the sofa would be delivered immediately; which it was and the table would be delivered a week later. When delivering the sofa the deliver man Carlos refused to adjust the sofa in order to make it fit. A contractor working on my home who happened to be present at the time had to take my door off the hinges and got the sofa right in. Carlos said , “that wasn’t his job.” The following week I called trying to figure out when my table would be delivered and I was told that it would take another week. The next week while the table was being delivered the delivery team cracked the table bringing it into my home. When calling the store and explain my frustration and how the delivery team acted the previous week I was told your going to have to wait until we talk to the manufacturer. The delivery team left the table and the boxes that the chairs and table were delivered in. Being that the table was broken by the delivery team the manufacturer refused to replace it. The store decided that the best bet would be to take it to a company that fixes cracked glass . Three days later the table was picked up early in the morning and promised to be back by the evening. It’s a week later and I am just receiving the table. The service was extremely unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to spend their money at this business.

Me and my Husband have had a very good experience at Furniture Center. Especially with the seller Leo. I received excellent advice and everything they told me came true. Our living room and bedroom looks fantastic thanks to Leo. We recommend the Furniture Center to everyone. You guys are great, keep it up.

This is a second time I bought furniture here and every time I'm treated like a family. I've shopped other places before, but no one has beaten their prices, service and treatment. So, I always ended up here. Special thanks to Uriy and Avi.

I have been shopping at Furniture Center since I bought a little 2 chair kitchen set for my first apartment 10 years ago. Avi and Yury have always been my go to guys but everyone in there is great, Danny and Jerry have also helped me many times! They have always given me great deals and quality furniture. I bought my first house last year and I furnished every room with them except my dining room and that's only due to stock limitations from Covid. I definitely drove Jessica and Linda in the office crazy with all my calls to check stock but they never gave me an issue and always helped me. I finally found a dining set I loved and it was just delivered last week, it's perfect! Thanks for everything!

Don't bring your business to this store, avoid at all costs. At first, I was loving my couch and decision to purchase furniture there but now I regret this decision. Their lack of professionalism makes me wonder how this place is still in business. I first reached out to them 2 months ago to have a warranty service on a piece I bought. Whoever answers their phone severely lacks common sense. She swears she hasn't ever spoken to me before, mind you I've called over 16 times and have spoken to them 10/16 times because they don't like to pick up their phones. There are 2 persons I've spoken to, one who's really nice I think her name is Jessica and one who's really nasty Ms. Loudmouth. Ms. Loudmouth tells me she will hang up on me if I don't stop scolding her. I'm sorry, are your feelings hurt? I bought the damn couch from you and it is falling apart and you're doing nothing but putting me on hold. This lady put me on hold for 33 minutes straight before without any courtesy, at least let me know you're still there. I have pictures to prove it, but she swears she hasn't spoken to me before. After 16 phone calls and 2 months of follow up from my end am I supposed to be happy? Anyways, after I schooled her in customer service, which probably went out the other ear, she goes to transfer my call to god knows who and nobody picks up. Customers are the reason why you still have a job, she might be too airheaded to realize this. I hope Avi owner is reading this and fixes this sinking ship before it hits rock bottom. Because there's no way in hell I'll buy anything from this place until he restores my confidence.

Whenever I'm looking for new furniture or want unique accent pieces, I always find what I'm looking for here. They always give the best prices and work with your budget. I've dealt with Avi and Yuri and they both go out their way to ensure I'm satisfied. Before you go to those big name stores, check out furniture center. You will be happy you did!
