I want to give a shout-out to the manager Natalie at the Wyoming/Montgomery location. She works very quickly at getting out drinks at a very busy time with only herself. She's doing an excellent job. Woo! Update: This particular store seems to be under new management and it is great. They really have things booming over here. Woo! The drinks themselves at this location are ALWAYS made properly. I've never had a bunk drink or one that was made incorrectly or given short-shrift to.

They are really good at making the drinks here. It usually doesn't take long for anything you order to be made. Even when it's busy I usually get my order within 5 minutes.

Love boba tea and I love that they still have the old menu available to make! I get a Casanova from here and they are very friendly and hard working. I did feel bad for the poor girl today she was working by her self and the line was out of control. 7/21/2021 @11:30 you guys should allow cash tips or even card because she really deserved a big one : even though we were ordering a lot of drinks and it was so busy she kept her professionalism and good customer service so I really appreciated that!

Always stop in a few times at Boba Tea Company when visiting from Wisconsin. Nothing like this place in any of the states we've been through during our travels. Love the good size selection of boba teas. The staff is always helpful and kind. Good job everyone! Absolutely recommend!!

I've been to this location a handful of times and the experience honestly depends on who is working. Sometimes there are people there who are very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about their menu. Other times you get high school teens who are there to socialize with their friends who come in, cutting the line and stay inside for a while. Meanwhile others are standing outside waiting to be allowed rain or shine. This location has also had more than one instance where they have no Boba. A Boba shop, but no Boba... I get that supplies run out and they have to cook more, but this is a constant occurrence at this location. Many times I have gone to this location to get an after work pick me up and end up leaving disappointed because they don't have the MAIN INGREDIENT. Its really hard to rate this place, it's sometimes a great experience and other times I question why bother returning.

The sign on their door says they take the call in orders. I called but they won’t take my order over the phone. Also the last time I was here they messed up my drink even though I repeated it to the girl three times. I ended up waiting half an hour in line outside in the cold for my drink to be remade. Not the best customer service. Nob Hill location is way better as far as customer service. Only downside is parking sucks there and there’s ample parking at this location.

Boba is honestly my favorite drink place. If im going to spend 8 dollars on a drink you best believe im going here. Delicious flavors, large variety, you can get different " bottoms" if you dont like the normal boba. 10/10 recommend. Be ready to spend 9 dollars if you're buy yourself and want a large. They are kind of pricey

I love Boba Tea, but I will no longer use this location. If there is more than one person in line expect a long wait, because there is typically only 1-2 employees staffed. I used to be a regular at the Nob Hill location and the staff was incredibly sweet. I always felt welcomed and I would stop in 3+ times a week. I moved to NE Albuquerque, so this location was more convenient for me, but I instantly noticed the decrease in customer service. I've also been to all the locations in Albuquerque and this is the only location that has repeatedly messed up my order, to the point where I've thrown away a full drink. I try my best to promote deserving businesses by writing positive reviews, but I have nothing positive to say about this location. I had a bad experience with an employee today and he was incredibly condescending. Visit this location if you want less than mediocre service.

I love Boba but most times when I come to this location there is only 1 person working. So not only is the wait longer the quality is lacking because they are in such a rush to get orders out AND take orders at the register. The drinks are inconsistent because of this...sometimes they are good and sometimes its a big disappointment. Get more help!!!

Cashier was nice place was clean excellent service Trying this French Kiss for the first time and it tastes amazing!
