This McDonald's is the best in the NE heights by far better than Montgomery/Tramway location. Major bonus here is 24hr service. Employees are attentive, respectful, and friendly. Overall still 5 stars. 99.999% of the time my meals or drink are correct, and taste as expected...Consistency is the key to McDonald's success IMO. Haven't been to this location for a while I was very disappointed. The interior is dark and gloomy. It took 15 minutes to get my coffee and apple pie that was not even hot. there was only one young man working The cash register. I find this too long a wait for a small inside order. Very inefficient. There was a family with a couple of children all coughing running around and wiping their hands on the tables I saw no one come out to clean the tables! The drive throughs were not that busy either. No more for me... There's plenty of local coffee shops to be had.
The french fries were old and cold and I waited in the drive thru for 36min, I understand it was late at about 1130pm but there's no excuse for bad quality because I'm paying full price if you're gonna give me half the quality then charge me half the price, never again will I return to this locationFood: 1/5
Spent 45 minutes in the drive thru line starting at 1:45am Friday morning. Stuck it out cause I was craving a burger, get to the order box after a 45 minute wait to be told they're only doing Fries, Nuggets, and Drinks. When I politely suggest that maybe they should put out a sign saying such to stop people from wasting time, they got all snippy. Usually a nice place, but apparently the night crew needs a manager with a brain.
I like coming to this location because the staff is pretty nice, however you guys don't pick up the phone at all! Twice you forgot an item in my order and I've tried calling to get it corrected but no anwser.
The employees are rude. They lie about being a manager. They never have change. They never take card. Their always slow. They make up their own rules. Broke down and discustedFood: 1/5
I love that this location serves breakfast all day long! They are busy, but the staff is always in high spirits and it shows.Food: 5/5
Good morning, I placed an online order this morning at 6:45 and arrived to this location about 6:50 and complete the order by using the curbside option. The app states it can take up to 5 min for them to bring your order out!!!! No biggie… I legit order an ice coffee and a large regular coffee with 3 creams… 7:00 and still no order so I tried to go inside to pick up my order and the doors were locked and at this point I’m already running late, I would have jumped in the Drive through line but there are four cars ahead of me and did not have an extra 10 minutes to wait.. I have attempted to contact the restaurant several times on the phone just rings! Come on McDonald’s!!!! Customer service sucks… this is the 3rd time this has happened
Only been through drive thru up to this point and they have been fantastic, orders have always been right. Only complaint I have is the people who take care of the parking lot being out here at noon with their blower stirring up giant dust clouds. Just making trying to eat in my vehicle a horrible experience. Would be great to contact this company and have them do the job early morning or at least not during peak meals times. I am now going to have to go to a car wash as my vehicle has been exposed to this and is now just completely covered in dirt from them.
Food is always good and fast. There are a number of workers who need an attitude adjustment. Like the woman who assumed I'm too white to understand her insult in Spanish as she's walking away. As a worker in the fast food industry, I try to sympathize, but that wasn't cool.Food: 5/5
