I went through the Drive thru, checked my order when got home and noticed that the bowls were half full. Called the store and spoken with Leesha. She is very unprofessional, I requested to speak with a manager and she put me on hold and came back on the line stating she was the manager. The service is terrible. Will not recommend. Not acceptable for the portion.
This isn't my normal Panda Express location. But I was out shopping with my daughter and mother in law and we figured we would grab lunch. I'll be sticking with my normal PE location. We didn't get the normal fortune cookies. The sweetfire chicken had absolutely NO fire, plus the rice and chicken were dry. It would also be nice if they would get more diet/zero sugar options for the drinks. Some people can not drink sugary soft drinks, and I can not drink diet/zero sugar coca cola. Water is ok, but choices with flavor would be nice.
Here's another restaurant where it's going to be very dependent on your personal taste. I like the food at Panda Express, in this particular Panda Express was no exception. I found the people helping us to be very friendly and very interested in making sure that we enjoyed our meal. If you don't like Panda Express as a rule, then you're not going to like this one either, but if you do, then you'll probably enjoy this restaurant, and I recommend stopping by.
Incredible service, food came out super fast and actually fresh! Helena at the window took our order correctly and repeated it back to ensure correctness with an extremely polite and upbeat attitude even thanking us for our patience for the five minute line at the drive through. This is my go to panda from now on! Keep up the hard work!!Food: 5/5
I previously gave this place a good review, but on my last visit, I had a terrible experience. I placed an order at the drive-thru and didn't check it before driving away. I ordered two different types of shrimp and got two of the same. The real issues were with the noodles. They were probably 90% cabbage and 10% noodles. Not tasty at all. I will not be back here.
I was having a problem sending my order on line for pick up, and when I got there they didn't have it. There was no way to check other locations, to see if the order was sent by mistake, they didn't answer phones. I decided to cancel my order on line and order there, Montgomery and Eubank location, so I went inside to order. Staff service was very abrupt and rushed, there were only 5 customers in there, all served. I ordered 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 greens, which according to description and photos is BROCCOLI. He tried to give me something that was all Cabbage with only a few small broken pieces of broccoli, bottom of the bowl and old food. I passed on that, and ordered 1/2 bowl of fried rice ONLY and an order, contains 2 of spring rolls I was rushed again at checkout, no one else around. Charged 8.04 total. To go. When I got home, 5 min later, rice was dried out and old, spring rolls over done and cold. Horrible food, horrible rushed service. NEVER AGAIN. I will be contacting the manager if that's possible.
This is the worse food place/service in Albuquerque, without a doubt. See the attached photo for what I paid $13.09 for! My order was wrong, I was missing one entrée, the orange chicken. Since I was not handed a receipt at the time of purchase, the manager, Stephanie, and others working January 22, 2023 at 2:30 in the afternoon, just laughed at me when I tried to fix it. And the portion size of what was on the plate was incredibly small. When I tried to call the store, my call was answered but whomever picked up the phone just hung up. Repeatedly. Wow, if Albuquerque had a worse customer service award it would definitely go to Stephanie and her crew at Panda Express. I wrote to Panda Express Corporate and I posted a few more places about this particular business. I wondered how come there was no line of cars at the window. Now I know why! If you want abusive service and want to get ripped off, this is the Panda Express to go to.
This location is right at the corner of Montgomery and Eubank. Just wanted to try out some fast food from a Chinese place. Customer service is not the best over here. I'll say thank you and no response... When I finish making my order, then at the end of the transactions, I'll say thank you for my meal and she just walks away. I got a bowl and a plate and the portion size is like they're rationing for world war 3 or something! The brown rice was undercooked and the stir fry was okay. Veggies were overcooked and it was oily for me. The bowl with the honey chicken was too sweet. All you can taste is sugar! Besides that for 20 bucks on a meal that's sitting there in the steam buffet, it's not worth it. I rather go to a real Chinese restaurant and spend my money there.
the quality of food was just gross. i recently ate at a panda express in california & their was fresh & hot & the staff was so delightful! if i lived in the carlsbad , california area i definitely would eat there again. but albuquerque new mexico, has a lot to be desiredFood: 1/5
I guess Panda's new business model includes shorting the customer on the meat portion? What the hell rice is cheap right? If you going to raise your prices don't make your food portions smaller. The customer doesn't want to spend more but they damn sure don't want to leave hungry!!! Pic 1= 2 entrée dinner, Pic 2= 1entree bowl, pic 3= fortune cookies. Ironically two screwups happened on the cookies. Wrapper was sealed without a cookie on one but worse the server put the empty wrapper and one cookie in the bag and called it good... Maybe it wasn't a mistake? Cost saving everywhere right?
