Selected Boccardo Jewelers because Bartikowski's closed their business. Thought I was going to get QUALITY but what a MISTAKE! Brought in a family heirloom for repair and Boccardo's correction was completely unsatisfactory!!! Boccardo's repair to my PLATINUM setting was crooked and uneven as if an amateur performed the service!!! What a disappointment! I will return on 04-30-18 to request a resolution to this atrocity and will NEVER return again!

Outstanding customer service. Very helpful and nice. They did not seem to try and sell the most expensive, but what I needed. I would definitely recommend.

What an awesome expirance. Tuesday I dropped off a sigificantly damaged timepiece with very little hope for salvation. To explain the extent of damage I tripped while walking, fortuitously my watch was able to break my fall. This happened about 6 years ago. I was fully prepared to spend the rest of my life staring at the constant reminder to "watch" where I was walking. The watch continued to work but with battlescares that I never thought could be removed. By Wednesday afternoon I received a phone call telling me my watch was ready to be picked up. It looked brand new! Never in a million years would I expected this to be the outcome. Thank You for the service and treatment. Highly Recommended! Great staff who performed an amazing service at an affordable price.
