Great jewelry repair store!! Had a ring sized down in less than an hour. Excellent customer service and quality work!! I'm totally thrilled with my new ring sized to a perfect fit now. Definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality repairs and sizing. There are also beautiful jewelry and watches for purchase here as well. Thank you!! Will be returning here for all repairs as needed!!

I want to give them five stars because they were super speedy with the watch battery repair. However, after I got the watch back the second hand wasn’t moving but it ticked. I purchased the 5-year protection plan and returned back to the store to have them fix it again and they said if it did it again that it may cost me more money to fix it (they said because of mass production and old age but I only bought it 2 years ago). I sent my watch to them because of fast service but I didn’t expect it to be a separate issue BECAUSE I had the battery replaced when that was the only problem with it initially.

I needed a new battery for my watch, and Fast Fix was the closest. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this store! Friendly, quick and great service. You can't get better than that!

I got a locket engraved here today. They helped me to pick the font that would look the best and had it done for me within an hour. Super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Lives up to its name. Very fast! Discovered a missing piece on my watch and warned me that would affect its waterproof ability. I hadn’t noticed so that advice will definitely help save my watch!
