I can’t tell you how thrilled I am with the replacement and repair of my sapphire engagement ring! It is a stunner and I wouldn’t have it on my hand right now if it wasn’t for Shirley and the team at Bove Jewelers. My husband had purchased my engagement ring while we were on a trip to Antwerp years ago and proposed over a beautiful picnic lunch he had planned before we returned home. I rarely took the ring off. I was completely devastated and heartbroken when I lost the main stone in the ring while traveling out of town. I called my insurance company immediately and then called Bove for a copy of the appraisal they had done a few years back so I could get my ring repaired. We had recently moved 4 hours away from the area and unfortunately, my insurer insisted I use a jeweler that was on their “preferred” list closer to our new home. I tried all three names they supplied and was less than impressed. Each one wanted to supply a stone that was either smaller or of lesser quality. After several frustrating weeks trying to get my ring restored to its original state, I called Bove who had originally appraised the ring and explained my situation to Shirley. She took it upon herself to find a way to help me get my ring fixed and back on my hand as quickly as possible. She relayed my story to the owner then called to tell me that they would be happy to work with me to make sure my ring was restored to its original state. Unbelievable service!!! They drove to Philadelphia and picked out 3 possible stones that would fit my setting that were as close to the original as possible – truth is, they were even better 😊. I arranged a meeting with Shirley to come in to see the new stones and pick the one I wanted. They had my ring restored and back on my hand in little more than 1 week. I was so happy because I felt completely naked without it. I can’t thank everyone there enough for the amazing work – from picking out the new stones, to the resetting of the ring – it was top-notch service from beginning to end. To anyone who appreciates attention to detail and personal service, I highly recommend you pay a visit to Bove Jewelers.

The staff is wonderful. They were able to effect repairs on my wife's keepsake necklace on relatively short notice in time for her birthday and took the time to gift wrap it as well. Nice people in my book.

Excellent customer service, good selection. Jewelry and watch repair are on site and reasonable. It's wonderful to have a reliable local jewelry store.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at Bove Jewelers! We came in to browse with the thought that we may one day update my old engagement ring. Bob was very personable and knowledgeable. He actually picked out the perfect setting for me on the first try--it was exactly what I had envisioned all along! When my husband surprised me with the ring this past weekend, I was elated. It sparkles beautifully and I really cannot stop looking at it.
