Ream Jewelers

I went into Reams Jewelers.to get the battery in my Tissot watch replaced and I hoped to find a watchband as well. The people there were very helpful and friendly. I came out with a watch with a very nice new watchband and a new battery. I enjoyed talking with them and looking at the lovely tasteful jewelry they have. When I left, they gave me a voucher for the parking lot. That was a surprise and a very nice touch. I will definitely be going back.

I specifically worked with Kevin for my wedding band but all of their employees (including the owner) are exceptional. I wanted a custom band, something that was unique and they gave exactly what I wanted. They hit it out of the park!!! I was born and raised in Lancaster and completely overlooked this place because they gave off a persona that they are too expensive for me but their prices are the most reasonable prices compared to all the jewelers I’ve talked to and visited in New York and Philadelphia. I’m very pleased to say the least.

I have been a life-long customer of Ream. The Ream Team (shout-out to Amy & Kevin) earns my continued loyalty with each and every visit. They stand behind every piece of their jewelry, year after year (no matter the price point)- cleaning, repairing or replacing items with no questions asked. They have my business because of their personal approach, quality jewelry and integrity. It’s wonderful to support a Lancaster legacy- but they make it easy with the way they treat their customers!

Our family has always used Ream Jewelers for over 60 years. Most recently we had some of Mother's rings appraised and resized. The care and attention given was excellent. We trust Kevin Robinson to always give us good suggestions and advice. You can find such a wide variety of pieces from traditional to very modern. I always leave feeling very good about the experience! Thank you, Kevin and Alan.

I lost one of the smaller gems from my favorite ring. Fortunately I had a spear one and decided to replace it. I work across from the Ream Jewelers store and it was easy to stop by during my lunch break. Unfortunately I did not ask for the name of the person who helped me, but this gentleman demonstrated a perfect example of the superb customer service. He installed the gem back into the ring, politely and courteously explained me how to prevent this from happening again. He also made me feel very comfortable around the store and familiarized me with some of their beautiful products. I am very thankful for the extremely positive and pleasant experience.
