We always buy all of our Jewelry here!! Amazing customer service, Terri is excellent and is very helpful. They have an in-house jeweler so if you need something sized or fixed the turn around is exponentially faster than the big chains. We bought a ring on a Saturday and they called on Monday at noon to say the resizing was done!! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!! Randy and Josh have been great to us. I travel about an hour to come to this jeweler because they are fantastic! I continue to buy my wife nothing but Hearts on Fire and they have such a great selection! Thank you guys for all your hard work and help!

Very professional , clean ,very polite very welcoming staff. Josh took good care of me , he went above and beyond to make sure i was getting what i was looking for . He was very helpful and very patient. Randy is an amazing person always making everyone feel very comfortable super friendly . Overall he is an excellent guy, that also goes above and beyond for everything . Thank you guys for the great experience . Highly recommended to everyone that is looking for quality and great service .

My fiancé chose Koser Jewelers for my engagement ring, and we purchased our wedding bands there. I was THRILLED with the service we received. Every time I walk in the door, they make me feel so special. They have a fantastic selection and the staff is so friendly. I would highly recommend Koser to anyone in the market for jewelry...you won’t be disappointed.

Koser did a fantastic job with resizing and revamping the rings I inherited from my grandma. The staff was very friendly, answered all of my questions and worked very quickly and got the rings back to me the very next day. The rings look better than I could have ever imagined and I am so pleased with the service and quality of the work. They did a wonderful job!
