Vanscoy, Maurer & Bash Diamond Jewelers

Was greeted by Holly when I entered the store. I was looking for a Rolex watch and she was very helpful in helping me with various models. She took the time to go on the computer and create different looks of the watch I wanted and I was able to get a custom Rolex exactly as I wanted. All staff I encountered while there were very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with the service and would recommend them to others.

I bought my wife's engagement ring here in 1998 and stopped in from time to time for years afterward. The lady who sold me the ring remembered me and cleaned rings for free, even wedding rings not purchased there. Now, over 20 years later and after not being back for many years, I made another purchase and they still have my information on record! I appreciate the service and personalized attention they give and I trust them more than many other stores when it comes to the accuracy of diamond grading. They did combine with other companies since 1998, but Van Scoy has been around for a long time and is a good, stable jeweler.

Both Mark Allan and Holly were terrific. They answered all of my questions and gave me the time needed to make my decision without feeling pressured in the least. My watch is not only that, but also an investment and a heirloom. To go along with the sale of a watch, they also facilitated the appraisal of two additional watches and the recommend maintenance of my original Rolex. Truly a full service shop. They have made me a customer for life and have my highest recommendation.

I LOVE going shopping at Vansvoy, Maurer & Bash. This store is just beautiful. Their selection of designer jewelry is amazing. The sales team is friendly and accommodating. I can never just go in without buying...because everything is timely and perfect! They provide the perfect shopping experience😍
