Brent L. Miller was an great experience for me. I worked closely with Danell, Tiffany and Courtney. They were all amazing people to work with! I live in Philadelphia, PA but wanted to give this homegrown jeweler my business so I drove back to Lancaster to purchase the engagement ring. I wanted to do that because Brent L. Miller has serviced my family as well and we have all had a great experiences. Not only through related to those transactions but also through my continued search and (annoying amounts of) questions. They were supportive through the entire process. Thanks to all who helped along the way! The fiancee is very happy with her ring!

I recommend Bev Doughty with highest compliments! My fiance is in the military so I went to look at engagement rings myself and Bev was absolutely incredible! She helped me find exactly what I wanted and documented everything to send to my fiance. She was in constant contact with him to make sure everything was perfect and helped him customize the ring I wanted, to fit my wishes & his budget. His original proposal date had to be pushed back and there was no pressure to purchase or backlash, they were there for us when we needed. Brent L. Miller's makes you feel like you are the only client they have. I love the atmosphere and trust in this family business!

Great people, great quality, fabulous, honest and truthful staff. Owners Jo and Ryan are terrific. Never will you find another store in the Lancaster area with products and quality this company has. In addition they have the most amazing goldsmiths I have ever observed. If you don’t see it, they will make it.k

BLM is by far the best jewelry store I have been too. When you walk in the door, you always get greeted by one of the employees. My fiance and I dealt with Bev. Bev is super nice! I originally picked out an engagement ring that I liked, and I ended up changing my mind a few weeks later. Bev was so kind and graciously sat back down with us so I could look at rings again. There was no pressure put on my fiance to buy right away. Bev told him that when he was ready, she would sit down with him and look at diamonds within his budget. We highly recommend BLM. We will be purchasing our wedding bands here as well. The service is awesome and I like that you can get your ring cleaned whenever you want.
