I would give more than five stars if possible. Jessica and Claudio are the best. I have never seen such great customer service before. They both are very knowledgeable, very helpful and professional.  I highly recommend this place.

I walked in the door to look at a watch.  I was treated right by the staff.  After a casual conversation,  I wanted to purchase a watch from the store .  Govberg Jewelers.  A+.  All staff superior, store is immaculate and the inventory to beautiful.  I can't wait to return .  Thank you for my new watch and a great experience !

Shockingly unprofessional. They irreparably damaged my watch! I brought in an almost new Patek Philippe Calatrava 5153 to have its watch band changed. The person who changed the band not only scratched the lugs on the watch, but made several deep dents in the case. They offered to send the watch in for service, but the manager admitted that the dents were too deep to repair. It's absolutely astounding that an establishment that treats an expensive watch with this level of negligence is still in business. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere--you definitely don't want to entrust anything of value with them.

Since buying my first pre-owned from Govberg, I've bought 2 more and have had consistently excellent service from their sales team. Zach has been absolutely wonderful to work with and I can't imagine I'll ever go anywhere else. Thanks again for another excellent transaction.
