A small unpretentious shop that offers wonderful gems in all sense of the word .That includes service, quality, price and no pressure. I was looking for a piece of jewelry and they showed me items in their inventory. When I described why they were not exactly what I had in mind, they offered to check their suppliers or to make one for me. Within days, I had the exact bracelet I was looking for. It was a wonderful shopping experience.

Austin worked with me to design my engagement ring and did an outstanding job. I brought him a single picture of a design my fiancee had pinned on Pintrest and he was not only able to replicate it, but took it a step further. Pricing and turnaround time was fantastic and the overall experience couldn't have been better. From custom designs to watch inventory and everything in between, Austin and the team at TNS cannot be beat!

One star for this jeweler. Stopped in to get a new battery for an expensive watch. Told me cost would be $200.00 because it needed a special tool to open the back and a special battery because of the brand. Took it to a friend jeweler not knowing he replaced batteries. Took about 7 or 8 minutes while we waited. After finishing he said there is only good news. It did not need a special tool to open the back. The interior of the watch is fine and it did not need a special battery; it only needed a generic battery which he put in. Price $8.00. Need I say more as to why this business got one star from me. Had to give it one star because my review would not be posted giving it no stars. I gave it the one star in order to get my review online. Oh by the way, watch is running perfectly.
