V is an excellent trainer and a great person. Having spent years in the weight room without making material progress, I could not be happier with the results I've achieved under V's careful guidance over the past 2 years. With his medical background and refusal to entertain fitness industry gimmicks, he takes a disciplined, no-nonsense approach to training that I appreciate. V is highly intelligent, reliable, and cares a lot. Needless to say, at this point he is also my close friend. I enthusiastically recommend V without reservation.
V is an incredible human first. That’s the difference between him and other trainers. His guidance has helped me more than any other routine I’ve done. As a vegan, he worked with me to understand my protein consumption for optimal results. I highly recommend him and his approach.
V is an amazing trainer. If you are serious about getting in shape and want a trainer who is knowledgeable and reliable, he's your guy! I appreciate that he holds me accountable. He's taught me that consistency is key and the importance of diet. I've seen a big difference in my body and I am stronger than I've ever been!
V is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He knows how to get me as strong as possible in the shortest amount of time. I’m shocked how much progress I’ve made in such a short amount of time. Injuries are why I’ve had to stop lifting in the past. V shows me how to lift so I will not injure myself. Finally, I see strength training as a long term exercise since V is teach the correct methods for lifting.
I worked with V for almost a year the only reason I stopped is because I moved out of the city. He not only helped me get in shape and improve my general health, he completely changed my outlook on how to approach fitness mentally. I think it’s really rare to find a trainer who has such a human approach to the way they do things, he truly cares holistically about his clients health and well-being. V knows how to get results and doesn’t buy at all into any of the fitness/nutrition pseudo-science bs that’s out there. I genuinely never thought I would be able to attain and maintain the level of strength I’m at now, and I don’t think it’s something I could have done on my own
My husband and I have been training with V for the last few months and we absolutely love it! We have very different fitness goals and workout styles, and V has been very accommodating. His workouts are always challenging and different - you are never bored! His medical background makes him unique and gives you a different perspective. He is always willing to work within your schedule and super friendly every time we workout with him. I would recommend V to anyone, no matter their level of fitness!
Been a client for a year for primarily strength training and muscle growth. One of my favorite things about V's training is he takes time to explain what muscles I'm activating, why, and how it should look and feel when done properly. He is careful to correct minor errors. V has also provided limited nutritional advice, which is helpful for someone who finds it difficult to gain/lose weight. Finally, every session is different, which keeps it interesting. I would recommend V to anyone who needs an encouraging trainer and help learning a variety of exercises.
V is awesome. He is an extremely knowledgeable trainer with a medical background which was most appealing to me, so he knows what you need and how to push you in a safe way. He listens to his client’s goals and observes their areas of development and focuses there whole building on their strengths. For example, I was getting married to wanted to be lean but strong with definition but also needed to work on flexibility. V has developed workouts for me that address all 3. As a former D1 college athlete, I haven’t had better training in my life than with V. Book a session with him ASAP!
I have been training with V for almost 4 months. What makes me a unique client is that I'm a T3 paraplegic. So I'm very limited on the number of exercises I can perform adequately for strong workout. Do to V's experience as a trainer and his medical knowledge we were highly productive starting from the first session. With past trainers it has taken a few weeks to tailor a routine, but not with V. He immediately understood my limitations and optimized a routine that reflects his training style. My results have been significantly noticeable. Shoulders, chest and biceps have filled out nicely and he has helped me overcome barriers with other sets of muscles. I'd highly recommend V. His approach and temperament can fit any client's needs. He is reliable and keeps timely appointments. 5 star - because he can train clients with high fitness levels to those with significant disabilities. I look forward to each session. Thanks V!
I have worked out on my own for several years and I can definitely say that training with V has been the best way for building up my strength and endurance. He is enthusiastic and professional. Our workout sessions are very productive and efficient. No time is wasted and the price-quality relationship is very good. Only after 3 weeks I could already notice the results. V pushes me to higher limits than ever before. I honestly recommend V as a very professional personal trainer. It really works, but get ready to suffer a bit as well!
