Great gym, love the vibe and the equipment is all kept in good condition. Other gym patrons are all respectful and the staff is polite and welcoming. The gym is also very clean. Both me and my wife use this gym and we love it. It can get a little too busy at certain times but that’s any gym. I just read all the negative reviews and most of them were from crazy people saying that Forum didn’t take covid seriously enough lol. Just workout at home if you’re that scared of catching a cold — don’t expect the rest of the world to bend to your irrational fears. Anyway, seeing all those crazy people taking out their own OCD and phobias through negative reviews made me want to share my experience. Love this gym, highly recommended. Great neighbors gym
My first time in a gym since start of pandemic. I went about 10am and I found it a little busy so I would think evenings would require waiting for equipment. The photos make it seem bigger than it actually is. I signed up for2 months for $99 which is a good deal. I joined because of the availability of HIIT, group classes and personal training if required. It was clean and counter girl was friendly. Will give another review after my trail.
Raise the dues. Way too many people in this gym without enough equipment or room for all of them. It's a wonderful gym w/ great staff but just way too crowded given the size. You're forced to wait for everything during most times unless you go during some odd time.
I’ve gone here for years and really like the gym; however, the gym has become very crowded, as has PCM in general. Very common to have to wait for a bench or machine to free up. Free weight area is congested, and cardio machines are consistently occupied from 5pm - 7pm. Also, you can forget finding parking here on the weekends, given the number of shoppers at PCM. If I can’t walk to the gym on the weekends, I just skip it altogether.
As a professional athlete, definitely not that great of a gym. Lacks variety, parking situation is absurd and weekly memberships, not monthly like most gyms. Definitely don't recommend of all places in Atlanta especially for professionals who are short on time and always on the go
Fair price for the space, however there's a few issues. If there's more than one staff at the desk they'll completely ignore you. I just got a parking ticket since their free parking license plate tablet hasn't worked correctly for weeks. Ditto for the second water fountain.
It would be improved with a sauna like it’s buckhead location and more of each machine. However, it’s a lovely intimate gym with great people and a good variety of machines !
Small, but great gym with all the equipment a fitness junkie would ever need. However, I think the gym is a victim of its own success. The gym is now very very crowded in the morning and it's almost impossible to find space to lift. A 1 hour workout now takes me over 90 minutes to complete. There is always a wait for the squat racks and waiting for a spot to bench press takes even longer. I hope management will address the problems caused by this increase membership soon, but I am actively looking for another gym in the area in the meantime.
Update: Now that I've tried other open gyms. I miss this gym. New, clean and good vibe. I like this gym only when the capacity is upto 70%.after that it gets chaotic usually during these rush hours between 5-7pm in winters I mean like every machine gets occupied and you'll have to hold your rush before you move onto the next. Sometimes fast twitch becomes suffocating and humid. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. Would recommend only if you live in the area.
I’ve been going to The Forum gym for over a year and it’s honestly one of the best. It’s not pretentious, you have people of all ages and backgrounds that work out there. I’ve made a several new friends that work at the gym and just go there to improve their overall health. I love it.
