My esthetician was knowledgeable and offer concrete and true advice. She did not push the products, however I purchase it few. Body Factory is an amazing place. My skin feels so good. I was lucky enough to get a hydra facial with Zhanna. It was absolutely pleasant and painless. My skin is glowing. And place itself is beautiful, very futuristic interior design.

I loved the experience from start to finish! Zhanna offered an excellent service. She did my hydrafacial and I am very happy with the results. My skin is so smooth and glowing. It’s now been about a week after my facial and my skin is getting better and better. Highly recommend for you to go to Zhanna!

Tanya did a wonderful job with hydrafacial the other day! I had reserved for my appointment, but noticed that the front desk person never went in the back to alert Tanya that I had arrived for my appointment she used her assumptions and only texted Tanya a few times expecting to hear back instead of just knocking on her door since her next appointment had arrived. Either immature or not trained properly was the first impression I got from this visit as she had wasted so much of my time. I recommend BodyFactory to implement a strict training process for the front desk staff to stay respectful of everyone's time if they want to stay in this business.

I did a wonderful hydra facial session with dr Zhanna Gnusareva. My face was blackheads and had pimples, but after the session with Zhanna when I looked at the mirror it seems as if someone else face, it was like I exchanged my face, who this … I was surprised by the results. My skin becomes so soft and pure not even one blackhead. Zhanna is a professional Dr. I didn’t even feel any pain, I felt like I was in a relaxation session. She gave me the exact time she didn’t even waste any second. It’s my first time doing the session and will not be the last one, I'm already booked the next session with her. Besides she is doing her job professionally, perfectly and kindly, she is a good and kind person. So I had my first maxi area session on Friday the 15th at body factory skincare upper East side. A friend of mine recommended technician Zhanna Genusareva. I can’t thank her enough for how patient and nice she was to me. I was really anxious about my skin and the side effects of laser but honestly she made the whole experience really great. She talked to me through the procedure, explained skin types and answered all of my questions. It was such a relief. Honestly I gave her a hard time because I was scared, but she was very understanding, patient and professional. I must also say that the front desk girl was very sweet and friendly. Note: the place is super clean!

The worst service I have ever seen. I went there for eyebrow lifting. No change in my face. I bought 20 units of Botox. In other place, I used to buy less units for my eyebrows and I had wonderful results. I do not recommend this place. Zero stars.
