My girl Natalia!!! I've been going to Natalia for years she's so wonderful that I followed her to this location when she changed salons and I will never go to anyone else. She's incredible at her job, caring to all her clients, and is genuinely a wonderful person. I look forward to seeing her each month. The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming whenever I come in, which makes this service an easy errand to look forward to each month. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The location is great and super convenient. Aphiah gets me in and out quickly but is also very detailed at the same time, and makes sure everything is gone. She’s great and gives you skin tips to make sure your next wax is better than the last

I have been going to this location for a number of years now. The location is clean and the staff is very friendly. I started at Columbus Avenue location and followed my girl May to 82nd st. She is friendly, kind and efficient. I get absolutely zero ingrown hair when she does my waxes. I always look forward to catching up with her during my quick 15 mins wax session.
May is the best waxer I’ve had in my 15 years of waxing. She is precise, tidy and prompt. Beyond her waxing skills, she is warm, kind, and hilarious. I always look forward to my monthly appointment, where I feel 100% comfortable and trusting that she knows what I want without having to ask. 10/10 reccomend!
Maria is the absolute best!!!! She’s so sweet and kind and lovely to chat with. She makes you feel so comfortable while getting a service and does the best job ever!!!!!
First ever time getting waxed, got a full stomach, chest and underarms ouch but Natalia made it really easy and as painless as possible. Highly recommend getting an appointment with her! She is very knowledgeable and skilled in the profession.
May is such a good waxer! She doesn’t rush, she makes sure she holds right after, she talks to you while she’s waxing so for me it doesn’t hurt much. I notice she pays attention to little detail in noticing I need to talk for it to not hurt lol….shes so amazing! I recommend her 100%!
Natalia is the BEST!!! I followed her from a different location that is much closer to my apt because of how good she is. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a positive and quality experience every time.
