Donetta is always full of energy and makes every class fun! She also gives you the opportunity to modify your workout if needed! Her classes are for any age!! I would highly recommend taking a class, you will get hooked! Also, if you need relaxation her massages are incredible! She is very professional and knows what she is doing! I recommend a hot stone massage!

I love this place! I highly recommend it to anyone that is in need of a massage or any of her services. Some places will leave you feeling worse, but Body Movement Energy Massage Therapy and Fitness leaves you feeling refreshed and with a better sense of knowledge with what's going on with your body. I have had major aches and pains for years due to my job, and Donetta relieved that pain in just one month. She's truly an amazing massage therapist, and all her products are natural and made very well for my sensitive skin.

It’s amazing. I have had back issues for years. Every time I leave I feel like I’m 20 years younger. It’s always a nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Always prompt and on time. An extremely relaxing experience.
