I went in for help with getting blisters when I go running. The person helping me took a look at my running shoes and offered to fix them up AND give me a product for blisters, both free of charge. On top of that, the issue has been completely resolved when I go running. Overall fantastic experience, with wonderful customer service.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff will make sure you're in the right type of shoe. And when I bought a pair that ended up being uncomfortable, they were great about accepting a return and helping me find something else.

This is the ONLY place to get shoes from! They are patient, kind, and work with you to find what fits your needs. I have been going here for years and I refuse to get shoes anywhere else! It's well worth the 45 minute drive!

Incredibly helpful and reasonably knowledgeable, unfortunately they have a limited selection, never have my size which is a common size, and are usually about 1/2 a season behind with their entire shoe line in all brands.
