After a lengthy period of research and following numerous discussions with multiple Kawasaki dealers, I recently purchased a new 2018 Kawasaki Concours 14 ABS from Owen Motor Sports. From my initial discussion with their sales director Dustin, to a timely follow-up and resolution of a small matter following the purchase, the OMS Team demonstrated an unparalleled level of customer service, accountability, value and friendliness that is rarely (if ever) found in today's business world. Even prior to a full purchase commitment on my part, Dustin responded to my email inquiries in a timely and detailed manner...several of which were answered late at night and on weekends. This refreshing level of responsiveness and service was replicated again and again, culminating in the actual purchase and bike pick-up where I was introduced to, and was able to converse with five different members of the OMS Team. In addition to Dustin, I met with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and a technical service representative all who discussed my bike with me in detail and with a genuine level of interest. And when a small issue arose after getting the bike home, my concern was addressed immediately and without question. While I made the original 4-hour round-trip to Effingham to take advantage of a very competitive deal developed and ultimately delivered by Dustin, my resulting on-site and follow-up experiences have convinced me that OMS is my long-term "go to" motorcycle, parts and accessories team.

I'm so happy I bought my first bike from Owen Motor Sports! I'm so thankful for all the help Andy gave me, especially from over 1,000 miles away! Andy made everything as stress-free as possible, even though there were a few bumps in the road. I wish I could’ve met Andy in person and gave him a big hug for all this help! Thank you guys so much!!

Sold me junk after being assured everything was mechanically sound. Granted it was a used vehicle, shouldn't of had to replace as many things as I had.
