Bodyrok Flatiron Studio

I have never been to the studio. This has to do with the on demand subscription. They give you 7 days to try it out and if you don't want to keep it you have to email them within 24 hours to let them know. I was not thrilled with the content so I emailed them last friday, knowing that Saturday would have been the day that my subscription would begin. I emailed them three times, they have still not replied. They also took my money as well although I asked them to cancel. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. If I need to I will have my bank block any debits that they try to take from me from this time forward. I was well within the 24-hour period to cancel yet they choose to ignore all of the emails I sent. Sounds like a scam to me.

Awesome workout but terrible customer service. No one working here seems to know what’s going on regarding memberships, pricing, or cancellation notices.

I wonder about why this studio has negative reviews. I really enjoy it and have not had any issues with customer service knock on wood. I particularly really enjoy classes held by Emma!

This is not your mom's pilates studio. I've never done a workout on a reformer that was so difficult - the classes are challenging. Be ready to work. What I like: - I feel this workout the next day - my muscles are sore AF. - Working at my own pace; speed and reps are not a thing in these classes - the slower you move the better. I really appreciate the instructors calling this out frequently. - Instructors are motivating. - The space is beautiful. Tough Stuff: - It can be tough to follow along with the instructors when they call out how to do each move - not every move is demoed for the class on a reformer so you REALLY have to listen to the instructions to figure out what you're doing. - The lights inside blue + pink are intense! I wish the lights were a little dimmer, and maybe not colored. Overall I have a good time and I actually feel the work my body does during these classes I don't get that from all reformer classes. I will continue to come to this studio, thanks for the nice experience.

At first I was skeptical, but after the first class with Sina, I've become a a big fan and go back regularly to her classes. She's a high energy teacher that is really challenging no matter what your physical capabilities are. Highly recommend.

Great studio with impressive instructors

I don't actually want this place to get too popoular as it will make it harder to get into but they do have a fantastic studio/teachers and service!

Katie’s class is phenomenal Perfect way to start the day... highly recommend!!

Terrible customer service. Signing up has been a disaster.

Great reformer machines, great lighting, great studio, great workout.
