Cross Lanes Bojangle is a mess.  
Its faster to drive to South Charleston if you want Bojangle’s  chicken. My first visit was good, but since I’ve had to wait 10 to 15 min. just to get someone to anwser the the drive thur. And they never get my order correct. The last time, I went, I gave up and left. 

I would recommend going to Kanawha City or South Charleston, if you want their famous chicken. 

I’m a big fan of Bojangle’s. Everytime I went south, I would stop and pickup a box to share, its my favorate.

Everything is great as always. The Bo rounds are delicious.  They are the only location that makes the dirty rice good.

The service was definitely subpar,  and the food was pretty bland. Not having a bojangles near us.  I'm not sure if this what's expected at this chain or not.
