This was my first time at a Bojangles' (I've lived in the Midwest and Southwest, but never the Southeast) and it was decent overall.  What I loved were the biscuits - Best biscuits of any fast food establishment I've ever been to and I would say these and the Red Lobster biscuits would be in the Super Bowl of biscuits.  The chicken, however, wasn't as captivating to me.  Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but I didn't find it to be spicy enough.  The sides weren't bad, but I wouldn't regard them as memorable, either (though it could be possible that the epicness of the biscuits just made everything else look lesser by comparison.)  Service was good and I wasn't jerked around, so that's always nice.  I'll look to give this place another shot if I ever get back to the area.

Worst customer service. Order mild and got a piece of spicy in my 3 piece. Had a bad experience a few years ago and will never go here again. Zero stars!!!!!

Depends on which one you go to. When the chicken is fresh in my opinion better than kfc
