Bojangles' Famous Chicken n Biscuits

I went here a few days ago on the recommendation of a rider I had for the chicken sandwich. The sandwich didn't have any mayo on it which I found odd...on the box it said it was supposed to come with it. Needless to say I didn't wanna send it back I just rolled with it in a combo and I added cheese and bacon and a side of Cole slaw. The amount of money I paid for the coke slaw wasn't worth it. But the sandwich was still good inspire of the short comings.

Warning:Gross most horrible experience left a bad taste! I was going to just reach out via receipt, but once I requested a refund I got a receipt with no survey number on it and couldn't seem to get in First I went to the drive-thru to place my order, When I got to the window I was told it will be 3-4 minutes so to pull forward in front to wait, There wad another car already waiting ahead of me. Nobody came after 13 minutes so I drove back around. The person said I'm about to fix your order now. When I got it I pulled in the parking started eating but felt a strangle type feeling I tried getting the food out my mouth and it was a string of hair cooked into it. I felt like I started to vomit. I drove back to the window ask for the mgr and a refund. I showed her the product. The total time spent was 22 minutes and humiliation. Hair nets should be in hairnets and correctly to prevent this. This location lost a customer!

The staff was friendly from the moment we pulled up to the speaker. I saw there was a new fish sandwich but figured since it was 10:10 and breakfast didn't end til 10:30 that I wasn't going to be able to get one. They dropped one fresh for me got our order perfect. Nothing over cooked or undercooked. Staff was happy conversative and helpful. My boyfriend didn't know that the steak biscuit was deep fried but the manager was super sweet and offered to replace it if he didn't like it, and even brought out a free gravy for my bf to try with it and when I say he was in heaven I mean it. This is by far our favorite Bojangles now. We came here a while ago when the management was different and the difference between then and now is a total 180°. The staff actually seem to be happy and take pride in what they are doing, the manager helps the team by taking orders to curbside so that no one has to stop their flow. This team is a great example of how service should operate everywhere. 100/10 stars would recommend this spot to everyone. If you've had a bad experience with this store in the past I challenge you to go back one more time and if you like it swap your review.

The night shift did a horrible job with my Uber Eats order tonight 8/4/23. I ordered a steak biscuit combo and the bread was super hard and stale. I also ordered the biscuit and gravy with bacon and somehow got delivered a sausage and cheese biscuit instead, which by the way also had the same quality of stale & inedible bread. If Bojangles can't make this right, I won't be spending any more of my money at this establishment.

I thoroughly enjoy eating at this location. The food is always hot and fast. Noel has always been friendly and kind and this is also why me and my family come here often. Keep up the great work!Food: 5/5

I don't remember the last time I was ever at a Bojangles' restaurant--this food is GREAT! I arrived close to 9pm They just had a rush of customers before me and no chicken breasts left. I had to wait 15 minutes for the cook to cook some but was well worth the wait getting very fresh fried chicken. Awesome!! The woman who waited on me was great too! This location has only been around for about a year so it all looks clean, fresh, and inviting inside the restaurant. I'll be back for sure!

Black lady at the drive through was very rude this morning. She rushed me as I tried to get change to pay her. She didn’t smile at all and had a nasty attitude. I didn’t eat my food yet just came to review the terrible treatment.

Don’t come here , it’s extremely slow . I was in the drive through for like 20 minutes to have to sit and wait another 15 minutes . In total waited almost 45 minutes. The lady was nice, but overall it was only like 6 people and we all waited a long time not sure what’s going on but many people were unhappyFood: 3/5
