Taco Bell

I live walking distance to this taco bell and will drive an extra 10+ minutes to go to another location... They're extremely rude and slow, they have signs saying to come inside for pickup orders but will yell at you if you try to come in. Their hours are inconsistent at best they're constantly closed when it says they're open. They also make some of the worst taco bell food I've ever bad

Say what you want to say, but sometimes Taco Bell is all you need, and this Taco Bell is my go to when the craving hits occasionally who am I kidding- weekly. I place a mobile order, my food comes out okay and the staff are nice, I’ve never had a bad experience. Also, it’s the perfect location right in front of a Target. Get your comfort food and eat it in the parking lot and then get your retail therapy on at Target.

Multiple items were missing, which has happened numerous times in the past. My biggest issue is that multiple times we've ordered food from this location and the Columbia Drive locations and have requested Diablo/Fire sauce. Each time we may receive 1 or 2 packs of mild sauce. This feels absolutely intentional as it has happened on more than 3 occasions and 2 packs of sauce that include the only flavor that wasn't requested for the amount of food items we order is ridiculous. It wouldn't be a big deal if it hasn't happened almost every single time we order food, if our orders were actually correct, or if it was a mix of sauces or an appropriate number. When you order a meal and part of the excitement is the sauce and you are continuously disappointed, that really sucks.

The last time I was here the service was amazing and very fast. I had ordered and gotten to the window in no more than a minute and a half and my food was ready. I know they didn't have it premade because I ordered with a customization, they just worked very quickly.Food: 4/5

Consistently better than other taco bell locations in the area. Fresher food, better portions, usually nothing missing and special requests followed. Respectful staff. Lines will vary but usually not insane like other locations.Food: 4/5

There’s a sign on the door that says “Mobile orders only inside” yet their door was locked. Despite wanting to eat inside on a rainy evening we had to go through the drive thru. They said their GM required the sign to stay up despite their dining room not being open. Not sure how Chick-fil-A is so well staffed and seems kinder and happier. They’re clearly doing something Taco Bell is not.

This Taco Bell closed lobby up at 8 pm delivery drivers come in through the drive-through with the regular customers making the food that’s already prepared: for delivery late and cold this is very unprofessional. The fast food restaurants can’t handle this rush they do not need to use delivery apps for food. If they can’t keep up the pace and make sure the delivery customers are getting their food on time. Whoever heard of closing the lobby at 8 o’clock on Friday?

Messed up the order. Ordered tacos regular and instead got the supreme ones. Why would they give us more expensive tacos from what we ordered?

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Which is a shame because they are so close to me. I hardly write reviews but I am so mad every time I order from this Taco Bell. Always always… give me the wrong items. I can understand one item but everything ? Like that’s insane. I wish I could give it Zero stars but I can’t so here’s your one star for effort I guess.

Are you kidding me Taco Bell?! What I got tonight had about 20% of the contents it normally has which isn't a lot. Most pitiful taco & quesarito EVER!!! This location is typically better, that's the ONLY reason I'm not leaving 1 star. Do better y'all.
